received without an RMA # will be refused and returned to you.
Please read our policies below.
You may return
an item within 30 days of the shipping date as long as it has
not been used. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
We will be happy to exchange an item or issue a refund. A refund
will be issued for the cost of the merchandise minus the original
cost of shipment and is subject to up to a 20% restocking charge.
If the merchandise you purchased was for free shipping, we will
deduct the actual shipping cost.
Returned items
must have a copy of the sales receipt and all packaging, including
warranty cards, instructions, etc. The merchandise and packaging
must be in new condition. Returns must be packed inside a shipping
carton with adequate packing.

Beauty & Barber Chairs, Heavy Equipment, and Furniture
The merchandise
of the manufacturer and sold by Bowman Beauty & Barber Supply
is designed for professional use only and must be installed by
a licensed professional. A licensed plumber must install all shampoo
bowls and vacuum breakers.
In the event
of defects in material and workmanship, the manufacturers
obligation shall be limited to free parts repair or replacement
at the option of the manufacturer on any defective part for a
period of one year. Under the manufacturers warranty, all shipping
and handling charges shall be borne by the final purchaser. The
manufacturers warranty does not apply to defects in parts due
to ordinary wear and tear, due to actions of persons or entities
other than the manufacturer or due to transportation of the goods.
The warranty is not transferable. The manufacturer does not provide
on site servicing.
All new merchandise
may be returned within 5 days of delivery of the merchandise and
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping cost
will be paid by the customer. All merchandise returned must have
prior approval from the manufacturer, must be shipped in the original
shipping container and must be insured against damage. Proper
re-packaging of the merchandise into the original shipping container
is the responsibility of the customer.
If your order
must be cancelled, it must be cancelled before the order is shipped.
If the order is cancelled after the goods leave the factory, the
customer is responsible for the outgoing and return shipping charges
and up to a 20% restocking fee.
The trucking
company is only responsible for placing the merchandise at the
end of the truck. Customer is responsible for un- loading and
bringing the goods into the building. For an additional charge,
the trucking company will unload the merchandise for you and place
the items inside the building provided the front door is wide
enough for the shipping containers to go through. If the front
door is not wide enough for the shipping cartons to go through,
the delivery driver will place the merchandise by the front door.
The trucking company will not unpack the boxes or cart away empty
shipping containers or set up equipment. For shipping cost and

For your protection,
the acceptance of the shipment by the transportation company is
an acknowledgement that the articles were delivered to them GOOD
WORKING CONDITION AND PROPERLY PACKED. The trucking company that
delivered the merchandise to you is responsible for its safe delivery.
If the shipment
is damaged(visible or concealed):
Have the delivery
driver person note on the freight bill of lading the nature and
extent of damages.
Notify the
Transportation Companys office to inspect the merchandise
File a claim
for damages at once. In filing a claim, you may make a cash adjustment
with the Transportation Company for full value, arrange to have
repairs made, or replace the merchandise.
If the damage
is unnoticed until the merchandise is unpacked, notify the Transportation
Companys office immediately and ask to have it inspected.
Do not destroy
any packing materials until the shipment is inspected and the
claim is settled. Normal wear and tear of the packaging materials
is anticipated, but the final responsibility for protecting the
original packing materials is the customers.
If you receive
shortages:
If the shipment
delivered to you is not in accordance with the quantity of cartons
shown on the delivery receipt, do not accept it until such shortages
are noted on the freight bill and bill of lading. Any claims for
loss or damage should be filed immediately with the Transportation
Company that made the delivery to you. The manufacturer and Bowman
Beauty & Barber Supply Co. accept no responsibility for merchandise
damaged in transit.
The manufacturer
assigns to the buyer those warranties provided by the manufacturer
of the merchandise being purchased. The only remedies for a breach
of such warranty shall be those remedies specifically provided
by the manufacturer of the merchandise with respect to which such
warranty applies. The buyer hereby agrees to look solely to the
manufacturer of the merchandise for performance, and or implementation,
of the remedies provided by the manufacturer for the breach of
such warranties.
The warranty(s)
from the manufacturer is exclusive and no other warranty, whether
written or oral, is expressed or implied. The manufacturer specifically
disclaims the implied warranty for merchantability or fitness
for a particular purpose of use.
